I feel that the site and the information is forthcoming on virtually every issue and property that is discussed. However, once in a while there is a property that comes on that I need to be somewhat protective of for all of the reasons listed in my original post. The reason I am willing to be a little more forthcoming in an email on a property that may be overpriced is because an email is not a "public forum" and would lend itself to a very frank analysis without someone claiming that this site and its posters (namely me) had a negative impact on their purchase price. I feel that the site and the information is forthcoming on virtually every issue and property that is discussed. However, once in a while there is a property that comes on that I need to be somewhat protective of for all of the reasons listed in my original post.
