I am sorry you are having so much trouble.  I completely understand the frustration.  I would encourage you to be patient.  It sounds like you have been doing your homework.  The good news is that when the right house does come along, you will recognize it.  Encourage your realtor to be as aggressive as possible on the search.  Ask him or her to keep an eye out for properties that may be available before they hit the market, or for those properties which may be pocket listings.

Our inventory has loosened up in the last week.  Give this weekend&#039;s new open houses a try.  If you have a price range I could possibly give you a few recommendations for some homes that I believe side-step some of the drawbacks listed above.
