I spend a lot of time on this site focusing on the advantages of San Carlos.  I have had a few people email me and agree with those sentiments, but also allude to the fact that it does have its disadvantages as well.  Some of the criticism San Carlos receives is valid:  lack of a San Carlos high school, lack of diversity and it can be slightly claustrophobic. Big Weekend Ahead for San Carlos Real Estate


The weekend of March 14th and 15th could prove pivotal for the San Carlos housing market.
