The 2nd Annual San Carlos Treasure Hunters....For Parents I am very proud to announce that San Carlos Treasure Hunters has joined forces once again with the San Carlos Education Foundation to raise some much needed funds for our schools.  I founded San Carlos Treasure Hunters in 2006, as an event for that would teach kids the history of San Carlos in a fast paced, fun environment.  Dr. Young from Young Orthodontics in San Carlos joined me the following year and we have put on the event together each year since.  … [Read more...]

The Fighting Irish ~ Winners of San Carlos Treasure Hunters 2012 For Morgan Lynch, Julia Kelly and Patrick Shea, Saturday's San Carlos Treasure Hunters proved quite prosperous.  In a frantic search at the final clue site, and under tremendous pressure, the team came through and solved the mystery of Camp Wendigo and claimed at $1,000 cash prize. Registration Deadline for Parents’ Version of San Carlos Treasure Hunters is Saturday

The Bell Tower Haunting is the sixth installment of San Carlos Treasure Hunters and will take place on October 29th. Teams of three, ages 9-14, are able to register their team to compete in the hunt. 4th Annual San Carlos Treasure Hunters Produces New Winners

Beating out 53 other competitive teams, Team #16, RDC, struck gold under a wooden bridge in Big Canyon Park and became the winners of San Carlos Treasure Hunters 2010, The Secret Treasure of Zoe A. Powers.  Team #16 was comprised of Graham Godwin, Phoebe Hopp and Ryan Walsh. The team had to uncover ten hidden clue locations which were based on a San Carlos history book, the San Carlos parks system and the story of Zoe A.
