….to help my buyers who are looking in San Carlos.  With inventory at record lows in San Carlos, I am resorting to an alternative method for finding prospective homes for my buyers.  Detailed below is a list of 11 buyers who have all been pre-qualified and are aggressively looking for a home in San Carlos.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have a possible match.  Thanks, and sorry for this brief departure from normal blog posts.

Buyer #1 Is looking for a home anywhere in San Carlos in the 950K range.   A  3 bedroom, 2 bath home would be preferable with at least 1,700 square feet and at least a 5,000 square foot lot.

Buyer #2 Is looking for a 2 bedroom home, without stairs, anywhere in San Carlos.  The home should be clean.  Remodeling is not essential.  Price range is 700k-740k.

Buyer #3 Is looking for a home in the Beverly Terrace, Cordes, Howard Park and White Oaks neighborhoods from 1.1M-1.4M.  Minimum 4 bedroom, 2,000 square feet, 6,000 square foot lot.

Buyer #4 Is looking for a home in the Beverly Terrace, Cordes, Alder Manor, Howard Park and White Oaks neighborhoods in the 1.4M -2M price range.  Lot size at least 9,000 square feet, remodeled, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths.  Pool is a bonus.

Buyer #5 Is looking for a home in any of the San Carlos hills in the 850K-1M price range.  The home should be at least 3 bedrooms, 1,700 square feet, usable yard, two car garage.

Buyer #6 Is looking for a home in the Howard Park and White Oaks neighborhoods with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, living room, remodeled, min 2,000 square feet.  Price range is 1.25M-1.6M.

Buyer #7 Is looking for a home in the Howard Park area, only, of San Carlos.  Lot size at least 5,000 square feet, min 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, home square footage at least 1,500.  Price range is 850K-1.1M.

Buyer #8 Is looking for a home in the White Oaks neighborhood, only.  Minimum 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-car garage.  Does not want original condition…some updating would be nice.  Price range 850K-1M.

Buyer #9 Is looking for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the Howard Park and White Oaks neighborhoods.  Original condition is acceptable.  Price range is 675K-725K.

Buyers #10 & 11 Are looking for a 4 bedroom (or 3 and a bonus room) home in the Howard Park, White Oaks, Beverly Terrace or Cordes neighborhoods in San Carlos.  Minimum of 1,750 square feet and a 6,000 square foot lot.  Some updating/remodeling is a bonus.
