San Carlos is divided into 6 Areas: El Sereno Corte, Howard Park, Alder Manor, Beverly Terrace, Clearfield Park & Cordes.
(1) El Sereno Corte (Part of Which is commonly referred to as “White Oaks”). The boundaries for living in Area 352, El Sereno Corte (part of which is often referred to as White Oaks), are as follows: West of El Camino, South of Brittan Avenue, North of Eaton Avenue & East of Alameda de las Pulgas.
(2) Howard Park. The boundaries for living in Area 353, Howard Park, are as follows: West of El Camino, South of San Carlos Avenue, North of Brittan, & East of Alameda de las Pulgas.
(3) Alder Manor. The boundaries for living in Area 350, Alder Manor, are as follows: West of Alameda de las Pulgas, South of Brittan Avenue, East of the Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve & North of Lenmore, Bromley & Roland.
(4) Beverly Terrace. The boundaries for living in Area 351 Beverly Terrace, are as follows: West of Alameda de las Pulgas, North of Brittan Avenue, East of the smaller streets on the top of Crestview Drive, and South of Cranfield Avenue.
(5) Clearfield Park. The boundaries for living in Area 354, Clearfield Park, are as follows: East of El Camino Real, South of Northwood and Fairfield Drive, West of Highway 101, and North of Bing Street.
(6) Cordes. The boundaries for living in Area 355, Cordes, are as follows: North of San Carlos Avenue, East of El Camino Real, South of Wycombe and E Streets, and West of Alameda de las Pulgas and San Carlos Avenue.
