Its a price zone that has suffered from a severe lack of inventory for most of 2008, but the 1.3M price zone has several new homes that are very attractive for several reasons:
626 Park Avenue. Priced at $1,319,000 and listed by Tom Neel of Coldwell Banker Burlingame. This home is in the heart of White Oaks and is on a great section of Park Avenue. The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2,000 square feet, a two car garage and lot size of almost 6,000 square feet. Try finding a similar home with these specs and location in the heart of White Oaks for this price over the last six months. It doesn’t exist.
2527 1/2 Gracleand Avenue. Priced at 1,325,000 and listed by David Young of Coldwell Banker-San Carlos. At 3,480 Square feet and a lot size of 11,700 square feet, this home will offer its future owner many possibilities. The home is located in Alder Manor, and I continue to stand by my many other posts advocating the Alder Manor area of San Carlos. Eventually the Redwood City School District issue will be mitigated as Clifford continues to make noticeable strides. Alder Manor offers the best weather, lots sizes and mixture of neighborhoods and privacy in San Carlos.
1376 Cedar Street. Location + 10,500 square foot level lot in San Carlos = Tremendous Upside. Priced at $1,289,000 and listed by Michelle Glaubert of Coldwell Banker-San Carlos this home has untapped potential. This home falls on a part of Cedar which has some of the few oversized, level lots in all of San Carlos. Walking distance to Burton Park and downtown Laurel Street are huge bonuses.
Each of these three properties offers something entirely different, but their price point and unique features are what separates them from others in San Carlos.
