A special Enrollment Capacity and Boundary Committee meeting will take place on November 5th at 7:00 to discuss the results of the subcomittee report which addresses issues such as the possibility of re-drawing elementary school boundary lines, a kindergarten lottery system, etc., in order to address capacity issues within the San Carlos School District.
I frequently receive questions from clients and blog readers about the different elementary schools. Particularly, people are interested in determining which ones hold better resale values for their assigned homes. The short answer is that we are lucky to have outstanding schools in San Carlos. There is not one that is noticeably further behind or in front of the others. Nonetheless, this is a hot topic for folks living in San Carlos.
