If you were to say that the San Carlos real estate market was starved for new listings, it would be the understatement of the year. Nearing an all-time record low for March, there are only 21 Active homes in all of San Carlos right now. Equally amazing, there are currently 52 Pending homes in San Carlos. By comparison, toward the end of March in most years we would expect to have close to 60 Active properties with 30 posting a Pending status.
