Is it possible to calculate the sale price per sq ft for homes that were recently remodeled vs those that weren’t? Also, How about $ / sq ft of lot size? I’m particularly interested in the White Oaks neighborhood since the $ / sq ft was so high in that area.
Hi John,
Thanks for your comment. Pulling out those that were remodeled vs not remodeled vs updated, would be quite difficult unfortunately. The White Oaks neighborhood had a very high ppsf, mostly because many of the homes there have smaller square footage. In an area like ours, where the dirt is more expensive than the house, the smaller homes tend to have a much higher ppsf, as people want the dirt and figure they can add on or fix the house. Thanks for the comment.
