Fun quiz! It felt like the 80’s edition, which means I could remember it all (other than the donut shop — I think that was a lucky guess 🙂

I’ve been gone from San Carlos 10 years ago last month. I grew up there. I liked the quiz, got them all right, I’d like to see another quiz with 50’s and 60’s stores, now that would be very cool!
Enjoyed the quiz but don’t agree with you about Tasty Bakery. It was on that side of Laurel and in that block but further south. Maybe somewhere around where that trendy clothing shop is now.
I have lived in San Carlos for more than forty years and I like to think my memory is still fairly sharp.
Btw, I still miss their cannolis…
